Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with travel inquiries and requests.
- Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients.
- Handle any issues or changes in travel plans promptly and professionally.
- Promote special offers and packages to enhance client experiences.
Requirements
- Qualification: have at least 1 years experience in Travel industry. Sabre GDS knowledge is mandatory.
