Overview:
ONE Transportation seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate transportation activities efficiently.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule patient transportation services
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Utilize transportation management systems to track vehicles
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Monitor vehicle movement and address any delays or issues promptly
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Available to solve logistical problems quickly

For the first month you will be trained in how to dispatch the vehicles. After the first month, you will be expected to be able to run the dispatching operation on your own.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
