Responsibilities
- Restore and renovate structures according to project specifications and timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Perform construction painting, ensuring high-quality finishes on surfaces.
- Install cabinets with precision, adhering to design specifications.
- Build structures and frameworks using various materials as required.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Complete drywall installation and finishing to meet industry standards.
- Execute concrete finishing work with attention to detail for durability and aesthetics.
- Conduct construction estimating to assist in project planning and budgeting.
- Lay tiles accurately, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
Experience
- Proven experience in trades such as carpentry, drywall installation, painting, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.
- Experience in concrete finishing, cabinet installation, tile laying, and restoration projects is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
