Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set including framing, finishing, window/door installation, siding, flooring, painting, etc.
This role requires a hands-on approach to building, assembling and restoring structures and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
The Tradesperson will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Frame/sheath walls and structures as required
- Install Hardi and vinyl siding
- Install soffit/fascia
- Install doors and windows
- Demo
- Painting/priming
- Concrete
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry or renovations.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour
