We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tradeshow Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows and industry events across the United States, Canada & Europe. This role will be instrumental in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales goals through impactful event presence. The ideal candidate has experience managing events from end-to-end, thrives under pressure, and can work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Execute Events: Manage the full lifecycle of tradeshows including scheduling, budgeting, booth design, logistics, shipping, staffing, and on-site coordination.
  • Event Calendar Management: Maintain an updated calendar of industry events and ensure timely registration, planning, and communication across departments.
  • Vendor & Venue Coordination: Work closely with booth vendors, freight carriers, venues, and AV teams to ensure smooth operations and timely setup/teardown.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align event objectives, messaging, and lead capture strategies.
  • Travel & On-Site Presence: Travel to events (primarily across the USA and Canada) to oversee booth setup, manage the show floor, and ensure brand standards are met.
  • Lead Capture & Post-Show Follow-Up: Support lead collection and ensure proper handoff to the sales team; contribute to post-show analysis and ROI tracking.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and track inventory of tradeshow materials including booth components, promotional items, and displays. Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed post-event reports including key learnings, lead quality, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in tradeshow, preferably in B2B or tech industries
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing budgets, logistics, and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the US and Canada (up to 30–40%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
