Tenure Track Faculty Position, Human Resources and Organzational Behavior
The Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour Department in the Edwards School of Business invites applications from qualified individuals for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2026.
Description and Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who hold, or are very near completion of, a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. The successful candidate will have a proven record of research in these fields, including publications or the potential to publish in highly ranked journals. They will demonstrate expertise and passion for teaching in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Industrial Relations which could include the following courses: Introduction to Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, Labour Law, Strategic Compensation, Business Negotiations, and Workplace Health and Safety. The ideal candidate will show the ability or potential to secure external research funding and undertake relevant administrative activities, including meetings and committee work.
