TENT INSTALLER & EVENT DRIVER – WHERE THE MAGIC BEGINS
We get it — calling tent installs “magical” might sound cheesy… but when you build a clearspan tent in the middle of the Rockies for a once-in-a-lifetime event? It’s kind of magical.
We’re hiring a Tent Installer & Event Driver to join our hands-on operations crew — the team that transforms fields, forests, and venues into stunning event spaces. From premium tents and flooring systems to tables, chairs, and décor, you’ll be part of what makes it all happen.

At Mountainscape Events, Mountainscape Weddings, and Mountain Event Rentals, we’re the Rocky Mountains’ go-to event experts. Our team designs, delivers, and installs unforgettable events in Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Kananaskis, and beyond.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is a multi-skilled role where no two days are the same. You’ll:
- Install and tear down event tents (marquees, clearspans, pole tents, flooring, etc.)
- Safely drive delivery vehicles to event sites (Class 5 licence required)
- Help with site logistics, safety, and customer service
- Conduct site surveys and assist with utility locates
When not on tent installs, you’ll also:
- Deliver and set up regular event rentals (tables, chairs, linens, décor)
- Work in the warehouse: packing, loading, cleaning, restocking, and quality control
- Assist with general event setup and teardown alongside the ops team
You’ll work in some of the coolest spots in the Rockies — but also understand that the magic starts in the warehouse.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have experience in tents, events, trades, or warehousing (bonus!)
- Are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Love solving problems and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
- Have a Class 5 licence and clean driving record (Class 4/air brakes = bonus)
- Are reliable, team-focused, and fun to work with
- Can easily lift 50+ lbs (25+ kg) repeatedly
- Climb ladders, work at height, operate vehicles and (ideally) forklifts
- Are confident using tools and inspecting equipment for quality

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
