This role tracks and reports on projects, resources, budget, and service request data while enhancing efficiency through automation. It supports operational processes, governance, and executive leadership by facilitating meetings, and strategic planning coordination of efforts. Additionally, the role serves as a key contact for system and process implementations, liaising with end users and managing projects, programs, and service requests across ITS-supported organizations.
What we offer:
Temporary Full-Time (1-year duration)
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $30.70 per hour to $38.37 per hour

Qualifications
- College Certificate in Business, Computer Programming, or health related field
- University Degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of recent and related experience
- Project Management Certificate preferred
- Meeting and workgroup facilitation skills
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's vision, purpose and values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

London Health Sciences Centre is proudly one of Canada's largest acute-care teaching and research hospitals.
