We are one of the largest fabric printers in Canada catering to the trade show, exhibit and signage industry. We only deal with B2B and resellers throughout the country and the US.
NEED enthusiastic individuals to generate sales leads. Prospective applicants would be responsible for doing basic research before making calls to prospective clients. If you do not possess strong interpersonal skills - this job isn't a good fit for you.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly, confident and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Place 40 - 60 quality phone calls every day to potential clients
- Generate quality sales leads by sending emails and price list + brochure
- Set appointments with prospective customers
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients’ questions about our products and services
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- Have a clear plan of following up with potential leads and keeping track of estimates sent, won or lost.
Qualifications and skills
- 2+ years experience in telemarketing (lead generation preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales a plus
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Results-driven and willing to work on salary plus commission basis
- Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
- Must be very organized and disciplined to follow instructions
**Job Summary:**

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
