We are a well-established manufacturer representative agency specializing in plumbing and heating products, seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to cover the Manitoba territory.Position Overview:
As our Manitoba Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our product lines to wholesale distributors, mechanical engineers, contractors, and plumbing/heating professionals. This is a field-based role that requires strong relationship-building skills, technical understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems, and a proactive sales approach.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular in-person sales calls to wholesale partners, engineers, mechanical contractors, and plumbing/heating professionals.
- Promote and support the agency’s product lines, ensuring proper placement and application.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth in the territory.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers.
- Monitor market trends and report competitive activity.
- Attend trade shows, product launches, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Manitoba.
