Muskoka based, CREATIVE ONE®, is a Business-to-Business (B2B) focused web agency with a talented and growing technology division.

What you will be doing
Working under the leadership of our Lead Technology Specialist, enjoy a positive team atmosphere and work culture of continuous learning and teamwork. Responsibilities include but are not limited to email and phone support, performing remote diagnostics, repairs, operating system installations, software installs and configuration work for customers. Responsible for establishing and maintaining service excellence by assigning the highest priority to customer satisfaction and demonstrating quality in every aspect of work.

We need these skills and experiences
- High proficiency in English language skills (written and oral)
- Must have vehicle and G Driver's License
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Windows 10/11 Pro, and macOS
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DNS management and best practices
- Familiarity with Cisco, HPE Aurba Networking, Fortinet, Ubiquiti and similar
- Experience with cyber security, threat detection, threat management, and best practices
- Ready to embrace new technologies, and an appetite for skills development
- 3+ years verifiable experience/skill in performing services/upgrades to all types of computers
- Schedule may include evening and weekend work (very limited basis)

- Ability to communicate well – internally with a team and externally with clients
- Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required
- Capacity to communicate with customers effectively and resolve their concerns in a diplomatic manner and make decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines and makes good business sense
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with on-going distractions if necessary
- Up-hold the highest of professional standards when performing work on-site and off-site
- Ensures a strict level of confidentiality, observing privacy and information policies including client assets, service contracts and sensitive information
Industry certifications related to the above are an asset.
Location
- This role is based in Huntsville, Muskoka
- Includes some travel to clients – primarily within the Muskoka area
