<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Screen applicants and sourced profiles over the phone/ Teams video chat.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various technical positions.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Research various companies, websites, organizations, community groups that may have prospective candidates for name generation.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Create and upload job postings on multiple job boards and company website.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain the Applicant Tracking System.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li>

<h2><span><span><span><span><b><span><span>Basic Qualifications</span></span></b></span></span></span></span></h2>

<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>A Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Education and/or work experience from various engineering domain would be an asset (Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering).</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Attention to detail and strong time management skills.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Capable of making fact-based, logical recommendations and decisions.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Proficiency in MS Office and various Applicant Tracking System.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
