The Role
We’re looking for a technically minded and culturally fluent professional with a mechanical engineering background to join our team as an Equipment Sales Representative. This role combines technical insight with business development and is best suited to someone who understands North American business expectations, can build credibility quickly with industrial clients, and is comfortable navigating a sales cycle that involves both engineering and commercial conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers in North America
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored equipment solutions
- Liaise with engineering and project teams to align on technical specs
- Provide quotations, manage timelines, and follow up on opportunities
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits as needed
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the sales and pre-installation phase
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B capital equipment or industrial sales
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to confidently present technical solutions to North American clients
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
- Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and a client-first attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into the food manufacturing or cold-chain industry
- Exposure to project-based, custom-built equipment cycles
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design tools (for context)

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
