Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical orders end-to-end, including specifications, drawings, logistics, documentation, and scheduling
- Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data within our ERP system (Epicor Kinetic)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and timelines
- Identify process inefficiencies and work collaboratively to implement improvements
- Support occasional travel requirements for supplier visits, deliveries, or project-related activities
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related discipline)
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience, including co-op, internship, or early professional roles. Company willing to train
- Experience participating in university engineering design teams (e.g., Formula SAE, Baja SAE, Solar Car) is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising between technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (particularly Epicor) and supplier coordination is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and contribute positively to a dynamic business environment
