What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Drive Execution – Translate leadership’s vision into clear, actionable development roadmaps.</li> <li>Own Jira & Agile Workflows – Maintain a well-structured Jira backlog, ensuring tasks are clear, prioritized, and efficiently managed.</li> <li>Optimize Development Efficiency – Work closely with Technical Success Managers (TSMs) to troubleshoot client issues before they reach developers.</li> <li>Unblock Progress – Identify bottlenecks early, drive problem-solving, and ensure developers stay focused on building solutions.</li> <li>Facilitate Communication – Act as the bridge between leadership, development teams, and TSMs, ensuring alignment and transparency.</li> <li>Adapt & Scale – Adjust priorities as business needs evolve, ensuring teams can pivot without disruption.</li> </ul> What You Bring <ul> <li>3+ years of experience managing software development teams or technical projects.
