Chicha San Chen is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Tearista to join our team. As a Tearista, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—crafting premium teas, engaging warmly with guests, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and care our brand is known for. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas and beverages according to Chicha San Chen’s recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly engagement and thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area in line with health and safety regulations
- Support inventory management by assist with lifting and moving heavy boxes to and from the inventory room when needed
- Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions, maintaining a balanced register
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (required)
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in food & beverage is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and commitment to quality
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Candidates must also be able to lift and carry boxes weighing over 15kg
