What You’ll Do (Tearista Duties):
- Craft and serve high-quality tea beverages with precision and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and front counter
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional experience to every customer
- Take orders and handle payments using the POS system
- Assist with inventory, prep work, and restocking as needed
- Follow health, safety, and food handling standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to uphold brand standards and store efficiency
Who You Are:
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-service oriented
- Strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in bubble tea, café, or F&B is an asset (but not required)
