Job Description:
We are a fast-growing, family-owned junk removal and demolition company serving the Calgary and surrounding region. We are currently looking for motivated, hardworking, and reliable labourer's to join our team. As a Junk Removal and Demolition Labourer, you’ll play a key role in helping customers reclaim their space through safe, efficient removal of unwanted items and structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and haul away junk including furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, tires, pianos, hot tubs, and more
- Perform manual demolition of small structures such as sheds, fences, hot tubs, and decks
- Safely operate company trucks, tools, and equipment
- Sort items for proper disposal, donation, or recycling
- Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
- Experience in junk removal, general labour, or demolition is an asset
- Punctual, dependable, and customer-service focused
