Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all food handling regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Ability to handle food safely, following all health and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Must be able to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
