Responsibilities

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all food handling regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to handle food safely, following all health and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Must be able to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
