Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in Sherwood Park. The team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.
This permanent part-time position requires availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
You will be a good fit if you are:
- Passionate about chocolate and have leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
