Position: Montessori Teaching Assistant (RECE)

We are now looking for exceptional assistant teachers (RECE) to work with children aged 18 months - 6 years. The role will require you to act in support of a lead teacher in our Montessori School. We only hire professionals who have the determination to be positive and inspirational role models for our students. The Clover School values continual professional development and are willing to invest in the right people. This is a full-time position starting at the end of August. Eligible candidates must have experience, enjoy working with children, and be ready to give their all!
This position is paid hourly and our compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and education.
Successful applicants will possess at minimum:
- RECE-In good standing
- Experience with the Montessori method an asset
- Interest in a long-term commitment
- Self-motivated with a positive, happy disposition
- High-energy level
- Flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- A clear police record check (vulnerable sector)
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR (level C) certificate
