This is a permanent, full-time position based at our operations in Calgary, AB.

Job Duties:
The Tea Bagging Machine Technician will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintain, repair and operate tea bagging machines and packaging equipment
- Install, align, dismantle mechanical equipment such as pumps, fans, conveyors, etc
following to OEM guidelines
- Utilize manuals and schematic drawings to diagnose issues, performing necessary
adjustments, repairs, or replacement of defective parts
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial control systems, including programmable
logic controllers (PLCs)
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Provide guidance and support to machine operators in efficient operations of machinery
- Contribute to the planning and execution of future plant automation upgrades
Wage:
$35 per hour, based on a 32-hour work week. Benefits include dental, health, and vision care plans.
Experience:
Ideal candidate should have training and a minimum of two years of maintenance experience with relevant equipment, including IMA C21 and IMA C23 tea bagging machinery, as well as industrial control systems. Exceptional relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for training.

Minimum secondary school education
