Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and points of interest to optimize routes.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change as needed.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger details.
Skills
- Strong cash handling skills for processing payments efficiently.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for passengers.
- Ability to drive safely under various road conditions while maintaining focus on passenger needs.
Must Complete a vulnerable sector check and provide a driver's abstract
