Duties
- Safely operate a taxi vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and ensuring a pleasant ride experience.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, optimizing routes for minimal delays.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, providing change when necessary, and maintaining records of fares collected.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the taxi vehicle, conducting routine inspections as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding passenger requests and any issues encountered during trips.
Experience
- Proven experience in driving, preferably in a commercial driving capacity, is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency in transportation services.
- Experience in cash handling is preferred, demonstrating accuracy in financial transactions.
