We're looking for a Bronzing Consultant with serious sales skills. If you’re confident, motivated, and know how to close a sale without sounding like a script, keep reading.
This Role Is for Someone Who Can Sell
You’ll be the face of the salon — and also its most trusted sales expert. Whether it’s helping someone find the right tanning package or recommending premium skincare, you’ll be expected to drive revenue while building genuine relationships.
We’re not interested in pushy tactics. We want real closers — people who can listen, connect, and convert.
What You’ll Do
- Sell with Confidence: Recommend tanning packages, memberships, and skincare products based on each client’s goals — and close the sale with authenticity.
- Know Your Stuff: Become an expert in our equipment, lotions, and services (we’ll train you — but you’ll need to learn fast and retain info).
- Deliver 5-Star Service: Greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and make every visit feel like a mini luxury escape.
- Maintain the Space: Keep the salon spotless and inviting — appearance matters in a business built on beauty and self-care.
- Own the Front Desk: Handle bookings, payments, and client records with accuracy and professionalism.
- Work Independently: Be comfortable running the salon solo during certain shifts while still crushing your goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience — retail, salon, spa, or hospitality sales preferred.
- A natural people person who thrives on hitting sales targets and building client loyalty.
- Daytime availability is a must (Monday to Friday), with some evenings/weekends as needed.
- Someone with high standards — for customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- You’re comfortable working solo at times and can self-manage with confidence.
- You’re detail-oriented and take pride in your work.
