We are currently hiring for the position of a Part Time Sales Associate / Tanning Consultant.
Must be over 18 years old.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your ability to engage with customers and provide tailored solutions will contribute significantly to our success.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, as well as Building client relations within the salon.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Maintaining daily cleanliness throughout the salon, which is a big part of providing a consistently clean environment for our clients.
- Using our washer and dryer to wash, dry, and fold towels for clients use.
Skills
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus for assisting customers with specialized products.
- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer inquiries over the phone.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer relationships.
