Summary

If you’re humble, hardworking, and results-driven, with 2-3 years of HR experience, we want you to help us build our workforce and shape our culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Foster positive employee relations throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboard New Hires (15%): Welcome new team members with tailored onboarding programs, including safety training and an introduction to our humble, hardworking ethos.
- · Recruit Top Talent (75%): Source and attract skilled professionals (laborers, equipment operators, project managers) through social media, job boards, and networking events. Create engaging job postings that reflect LCL Excavation’s values and culture.
- Support Talent Management (10%): Contribute to employee development, performance reviews, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace. Suggest process improvements to make our HR operations even better.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in construction or related industries.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a knack for social media recruiting and employer branding.
- Alignment with LCL Excavation’s core values: humble, hardworking, and results-driven.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies tailored to construction or related industries is a plus.
