JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding customer needs to submitting applications, including interviews, pre-employment checks, job offers etc.
Responsibilities
- Complete recruitment cycle for all positions to be filled.
- Understanding our customers' needs.
- Identifying the qualifications and skills required by our customers.
- Search for candidates via internal and external sources.
- Recommend and submit candidates to operations.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Participate in the hiring process.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates, both active and inactive, with the aim of developing a lasting network of contacts.
- Attend training sessions in field of expertise and promote skills development.
- Represent AAA Canada professionally at events and promote its growth.
- Be involved in various activities and special projects related to human resources management and development.
Skills and qualifications
- Certificate in human resources management or equivalent;
- At least two (2) years' experience in recruitment and placement;
- Ability to move quickly and easily in a computerized environment.
- Autonomous, dynamic and willing to achieve concrete results in a short space of time.
- Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is an important asset for communication in our multilingual environment and our technical documentation.
Required experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
