- Build models to predict how gameplay changes impact retention, engagement, and monetization
- Run hands-on configuration of internal systems, driving player segmentation, campaigns, and feature rollouts
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for designers, PMs, and leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve monetization, user acquisition, and overall player experience
- Monitor product performance and make strategic recommendations based on hard data
What You Bring
- Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a similar field
- 5+ years in data strategy, systems analysis, or economy design, preferably in gaming or tech
- You know your way around large datasets and love finding the signal in the noise
- You’re not just analytical, you’re a storyteller with numbers
- Self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and comfortable moving fast
- Bonus: You genuinely love games and get how systems affect player behavior
Why This Role Matters
The best games feel seamless, but behind the scenes is a perfectly balanced system. That’s where you come in. Your work will directly shape how players interact, how the business grows, and how features succeed.
If you're ready to make systems sing and players stick, we’d love to meet you.
Apply now, let’s build something unforgettable.
