WD Swim is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Swim/Aquatic Instructors to join our team at our Richmond Hill location.
Position Summary:
As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you will lead engaging and safe aquatic classes for members and guests while delivering exceptional customer service. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about swimming, fitness, and helping others learn and grow in the water.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Energetic, reliable, and passionate about aquatics and fitness
- Experience leading aquatic classes for groups of up to 4 students (preferred)
- Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends (full day)
- Certified in Standard First Aid and CPR-C
- Certified Aquafit Instructor
- New instructors with no prior experience are welcome – we offer full training!
Job Details:
- Flexible scheduling – pick up shifts based on your availability
- Part-time: less than 20 hours/week
- Full-time: more than 20 hours/week
