We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.

- Manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring accurate projections to support inventory and resource planning.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM systems and ensure data integrity for effective reporting and analysis.
- Train and support the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices to enhance performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices is a plus.
