Sous le Gestionnaire logistique du centre moteur, le planificateur devra effectuer toutes les tâches d'expédition, de priorisation et de coordination du flux du matériel au sein d'une organisation de fabrication.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
o Participer aux réunions de production quotidiennes
o Analyse la cédule de moteurs pour fin d'ordonnancement.
o Participe à la planification de la capacité d'assemblage.
o S'assure de la disponibilité du matériel et faire un suivi pour les pièces manquantes avec les acheteurs et l'équipe d'FMI (Flux de Matière Intégré).
o Coordonner la priorisation et le suivi des pièces en inspection pour éviter toute interruption de flux.
o Résoudre tous les obstacles liés au flux de pièces ou aux écarts système (exemple: problèmes de numéro de série).
o Effectue un suivi sur la livraison des moteurs conjointement avec la supervision.
o Travaille à optimiser les niveaux d’inventaire.
o Responsable de la commande des boîtes d'expédition du moteur.
o Initier et soutenir des projets d'amélioration continue.
Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir
o Diplôme collégial avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience - Baccalauréat avec 1 à 3 ans d'expérience
o Domaine d'études: Approvisionnement, Fabrication aéronautique, Génie Industriel, Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, Gestion des opérations, Relations industrielles
o Connaissance de l'environnement SAP et de la gestion des nomenclatures complexes.
o Bonnes connaissances informatiques et des outils MS Office
o Avoir un bon jugement, habilité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement sous pression.
o Excellentes compétences en communication en français (parlé/écrit).L'anglais est un atout
- Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais pour communiquer avec des clients ou collègues internationaux
o Débrouillard, multitâche, habileté analytique, joueur d’équipe, organisé et structuré, sens de l’autonomie
o Lead prod meeting donc bonne capacité de communication et pas être gêné
o Gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois

What are our expectations?
Under the Logistic manager of engine center, the planner will be in charge of the performance of all tasks involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment into and from warehouse. He may include the coordination of material flow within a manufacturing organization.
What your day to day will look like
o Participate in daily production meeting
o Sequence engine production schedule to optimize output
o Participate in production capacity planning.
o Ensure availability of materials and follow-up on shortages with buyers and IMF team (Integrated Material Flow).
o Coordinate prioritization and follow up on parts in inspection to ensure no flow interruption
o Resolve all roadblocks related to part flow or system discrepancies ( example : serial number issues)
o Responsible to follow-up on engine deliveries jointly with supervisors.
o Responsible to order Engine shipping boxes
o Work to optimize inventory level.
o Initiate and support continuous improvement projects.
The tools you need to be successful
o College degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience · Bachelor degree with 1 to 3 years’ experience
o Field : Supply chain, Operations, Industrial engineering, procurement, aerospace
o Familiarity with computers and with MS Office tools.
o Knowledge of SAP environment and of the management of complex bills of material.
o Excellent communication skills in French (English is a bonus)
o Good judgment. Ability to work with a team in a high pressure environment. Multi-task, resourceful to solve issues, analytical skills, team player, organized, autonomous
