The Town of Yarmouth is accepting applications for a Parks Summer Labourer. This is a temporary position available from July to August 31st, 2025. (Approximately 8 weeks)
The Summer Labourer will work along side other seasonal staff performing a wide range of duties contributing to the overall maintenance and beautification of our Town's parks, grounds, and green spaces.
Applicants must have the ability to lift heavy equipment. They will be required to work outside in all weather conditions and be comfortable working independantly. A valid driver's license and drivers abstract record must be provided at time of offer of employment.
Experience with the operation of maintenance and parks equipment (mowers, whipper snippers, hand tools) is required.
