What You’ll Do:
- Call, text, and follow up with pre-qualified leads.
- Help customers with credit challenges get into reliable vehicles.
- Structure deals for maximum approval rate & profitability.
- Work closely with our finance managers to finalize approvals.
What You Bring:
- Previous subprime or automotive sales experience is a huge plus.
- Strong closing skills & persistence.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated – you want to make serious money, not a base salary.
Compensation:
- Up to 30% commission per deal – the more you close, the more you take home.
- No cap on earnings.
