We are seeking a dedicated and organized Student Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students throughout their educational journey, ensuring they have the resources and guidance necessary for success. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and providing support related to academic programs and resources.
- Coordinate student activities, events, and workshops that promote engagement and enhance the educational experience.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new students, providing orientation and guidance on available resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Organize tutoring sessions or study groups as needed to support student learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching or educational support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using technology for communication and record-keeping purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,900.40-$40,000.00 per year
