Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the Project Manager and site team through all phases of the project. You’ll help drive documentation, procurement, coordination, and communication between consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders to keep the project running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a detailing background or able to read and interpret construction drawings(Arch/Struct,Land, ETC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement logs
- Support project scheduling and milestone tracking
- Attend site meetings and prepare minutes/documentation
- Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and trades
- Maintain project documentation using Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
- Help with permits, closeout documentation, and occupancy requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of project coordination experience in construction or development
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes (structural steel an asset)
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- detailing background considered a strong asset
- purchasing background considered a strong asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
