We’re hiring a high-energy, certified coach to lead semi-private training sessions (max 6 clients), support client accountability through our CRM, and guide members into deeper coaching experiences.
This role is for someone who thrives in premium coaching, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is self-motivated, and is committed to growing long-term within our Toronto-based community
Requirements:
- Certification (StrongFirst, FMS, CSCS, NASM, ISSA, CSEP, CF-L1, ACE, etc.)
- Carries professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-driven and reliable
- Must live locally and be seek long-term employment
- Sales and client relationship management is preferred
- Candidates with experience in semi-private and small group coaching will be given priority
Responsibilities:
- Coach semi-private strength and conditioning sessions (max 6 clients)
- Provide weekly progress tracking via CRM (habits, nutrition, lifestyle)
- Build strong client relationships and deliver 5-star service
- Promote and enrol clients into internal programs with confidence
