REQUIREMENTS:
- Strata Management License required
- Clear understanding of the rules and regulations under the Real Estate Services Act and the Strata Property Act
- Competence and confidence in all aspects related to strata councils, AGMs, and SGMs
- Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, as well as insurance policies related to strata corporations
- This is an in-office position with work from home opportunities based on experience.
- Computer skills, use of software, excel, etc.. required.
