Job Summary
Sharama Royale is a fast-growing, customer-focused shawarma and Middle Eastern food restaurant. We pride ourselves in delivering fresh, flavorful meals with exceptional service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and friendly dining experience along with an ability to manage and lead an energetic team. A person who will serve as a backbone for our store!
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment and address any issues that arise.
- Perform regular audits of store performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the food service or quick service restaurant.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in math skills for cash handling and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
- How to manage numbers regarding P&L.
- Fluent English is a requirement.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
