Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and attract new customers.
- Supervise store activities including pricing, purchasing, and sales management.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Experience
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
