Duties & Essential Job Functions:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, monitor levels, order parts for point of sale, and complete cycle counts.
- Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with part identification and provide technical support.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote parts through displays, online platforms, and sales strategies.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts, resolve quality issues, ensure customer satisfaction.

· Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and maintain records.
· Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and team members is crucial for providing assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of trailer parts, accessories, and their applications is essential for assisting customers and ensuring the correct parts are ordered and stocked.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify issues with inventory, parts quality, or customer inquiries, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
· Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
· Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and support to department staff.
· Sales and Marketing Acumen: Understanding of sales techniques, product promotion, and marketing strategies to maximize parts sales and profitability.

· Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer software and systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and communication.
Work Experience
- 5+ years’ experience with heavy-duty trailer Parts Counter or Parts Sales preferred but not required
