Mint Health + Drugs seeks a dispensary driver to join our dynamic and growing team. Join us in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where your support will make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.
We are seeking a dedicated driver for Sterling to handle the daily delievery run. This position can be offered as a flat daily rate or an hourly rate for approximately 3 hours each day including weekends.
The selected individual may use their own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed, or alternatively, a company vehicle may be provided.

- Delivery of Products: Transport products to customers and authorized locations while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Vehicle maintenance: Maintain a fully functional delivery vehicle, ensuring it's clean and organized.
- Inventory Management: Keeping accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups and ensuring products are properly secured during transport. Also, be able to keep accurate logs of deliveries and any other documentation for operational purposes.
- Customer Service: Be proficient in answering any questions regarding the delivery process and ensuring smooth interaction with others.
- Timely Deliveries: Ensure products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
- Tech Driven/Real Time reporting deliveries: Use GPS tracking, delivery management apps/software to efficiently navigate and track deliveries.
- Valid driver's license - Must have a clean driving record and valid driving license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Is attentive to details.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and handle deliveries involving physical exertion.
- Have strong time management skills.
- Able to provide clear background checks in accordance with local regulations.
- Comfortable with using tech tools for tracking and reporting.
