Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric-Focused, Community & In-Home Care
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and empathetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! If you’re dedicated to helping children and families thrive through communication, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact.
This position is community-based and in-home, giving you the flexibility to work closely with families in natural environments while providing high-quality, individualized care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments—primarily with pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address each client’s unique goals.
- Use evidence-based therapy techniques to support speech, language, social communication, and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with families to offer education, coaching, and strategies that support communication at home.
- Partner with other professionals, including OTs, PTs, and behavior consultants, to provide integrated, holistic care.
- Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans clearly and accurately.
- Stay up to date with current research, tools, and approaches in speech-language pathology.
What We’re Looking For
- Pediatric experience is strongly preferred—bonus if you’ve worked in homes, schools, or community settings.
- Solid understanding of speech-language disorders and familiarity with medical/therapeutic terminology.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable communicating with children, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Independent and organized, with the ability to manage your caseload with care and efficiency.
- Passionate about family-centered care and culturally responsive practice.

Pay: $110.00-$140.00 per hour
