The Orangeville Speech & Language Clinic is a vibrant private practice located in the heart of Orangeville, Ontario since 1996. We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping people communicate. You will join our team of SLPs – Kindrey Rowland, Simran Chima, Rachel Pond, Megan Hennessey, Victoria Charron and Jennifer Wilson. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
This position involves assessment, therapy and consultation services provided primarily in a clinic setting (with some service provided in schools, homes and other community settings). Service delivery is primarily in-person with some virtual service delivery provided via Zoom Tele-health. You will provide speech and language services to pre-school and school-age children and some adults. Areas of practice are varied and include children with complex needs. You will have an established case-load.
Qualifications
- Registration with CASLPO and membership with SAC
- Training in More Than Words, It Takes Two To Talk, DIR/ Floor-Time, Lidcombe, PROMPT, technology/AAC will be considered an asset
- An interest in leadership, volunteerism and advocacy within our field is an asset
