Binkadi Community Services is hiring Specialized Residential Child and Youth Workers for staffed Child / Youth Homes in support of individuals in that present with a variety of challenging behaviours including dysregulation and aggression resulting from, disrupted attachment and complex trauma. Successful candidates should have the following skills:

Job duties include: providing a safe, secure home environment, household management, meal planning and preparation, budgeting, maintaining the home and yard, working with the children's community teams, transporting to and from appointments and activities, behavioral and emotional support, building life skills, medication administration and implementation of the children's individual care plans.
All Binkadi team members must pass a vulnerable sector criminal record check and have a valid first aid certificate within 60 days of hiring, eligibility for benefits after three months of full time employment.
Applicants must have a diploma in a related social services, 2 years experience in the field or a combination of both.

Pay: From $26.74 per hour
