Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement, responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Analyse social media performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and public relations to ensure our approach remains innovative.
- Assist in the creation of press releases and other public relations materials as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content creation.
