As the Social Media Manager, you will oversee the presence of our brands on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more, shaping their stories through impactful content creation and strategic campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making to engage audiences, grow our online community, and enhance brand visibility. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee social media strategies for Social Corner, Acquafarina, and Ciclo.
· Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts, including photos, videos, and written content.
· Plan and execute content strategies tailored to platform-specific trends and audience engagement.
· Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster an interactive online presence.
· Track and analyse performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
· Collaborate with brand managers and the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging.
· Coordinate content creation, including photoshoots and video production.
· Build relationships with influencers and community partners to increase visibility.
· Organise social media campaigns for events, promotions, and special initiatives.
· Keep up with trends to adapt and refine strategies.
· Maintain a content calendar and report results to the leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
· Strong expertise in Instagram and TikTok, with a deep understanding of their algorithms and trends.
· Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both visual and written.
· Proficiency in content creation, including basic photo and video editing tailored to platform-specific needs.
· Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
· Hospitality experience is an asset.
· Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
