Overview
This role blends creative writing with hands-on content production. You’ll be crafting captions, scripting short videos, writing post copy, and editing visual assets (photos/videos) for platforms like rednote, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll also support the team in trend research and campaign execution.
Duties
- Write engaging and on-brand captions, scripts, and hashtags for rednote(小红书), IG, and TikTok
- Edit short-form videos (transitions, subtitles, music) using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- Design or touch-up images using Canva or Adobe Express for feed/stories/posts
- Assist in brainstorming and developing social media content calendars
- Keep up with platform trends, hashtags, and viral formats (especially rednote, IG and TikTok)
- Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to align visuals with messaging
- Support on-site shoots and content production days (occasional)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Familiarity with rednote (小红书), TikTok, Instagram, etc. – and their respective content styles.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Comfortable editing short videos and working with social media design tools.

Pay: $16.55-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
