What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a creator-first, multi channel marketer to be our new Social Media & Influencer Manager and take our brand to the next level. You think like a creative director, have a sixth sense for what’s trending, and you’re someone who thrives on both the visual and the strategic sides of marketing. This isn’t a role for a task-ticker- we want someone who’s full of ideas, loves to build, and wants the freedom to run with it.
This isn’t just about posting content, it’s about owning the full picture of how Samsara shows up in the world: across social, brand collaborations, influencer campaigns, emails, and events. You’ll get to lead, create, experiment, and collaborate; all with the trust and creative freedom to make big things happen.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality, visually compelling graphics and brand assets for social, email, web, and activations- ensuring everything we put out is polished, consistent, and unmistakably Samsara.
- Own and grow Samsara’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube- bringing our brand story to life with high-quality, original content.
- Create and post original content- copy, design, video, stories- all in our authentic voice and style.
- Build and manage influencer and ambassador partnerships: sourcing, outreach, content coordination, and campaign follow-through.
- Plan and lead brand collaborations, giveaways, and events (online + IRL) to extend reach, create buzz and build cultural relevance.
- Partner with the Digital Director to create email campaigns that reflect our brand voice and connect with our audience across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that span social, influencer, email, blog, and IRL experiences.
- Contribute blog and longform content to boost SEO and expand storytelling.
- Help grow and shape our Loyalty and Ambassador programs, turning customers into lifelong advocates.
- Track and analyze performance across social, email, and loyalty platforms- using insights to iterate, improve, and inspire.
- Bring new ideas to the table constantly- and execute them.
What You Bring to the Table
- You’re highly skilled in graphic design— (Canva, Photoshop etc)- and you know how to design for different platforms and formats.
- You’re passionate about creating– you love making beautiful things and have an innate sense for storytelling through visuals, words, and motion.
- You have a strong visual eye and know how to craft content that feels elevated, cohesive, and on-brand.
- You’re confident behind a camera and in an editing suite: you can shoot and edit video content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and capture photography that feels intentional, not just quick.
- Deep love for social- you’re the first to know when something’s trending.
- You are confident managing multiple platforms and adapting tone per channel.
- Self-starter mentality: you can execute end-to-end with little hand-holding.
- Collaborative energy: you’re a team player who brings positivity and momentum.
- Curiosity and growth mindset- you’re always leveling up.
