Founders Social Media Growth Group Coach
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Founders Social Media Growth Group Coach to join our team and support participants in a social media growth coaching class. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has a genuine passion for social media.
As a key part of our program, you will lead a group of founders as they strive for social media success under the mentorship of our coach. You will help the participants with technical skills like editing and posting, lead a daily WhatsApp chat, hold founders accountable, and keep them inspired as they work toward growing their social media presence. If you’re someone with a keen eye for design, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for fostering community, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the dynamic WhatsApp chat of founders - keep them accountable on social media and provide them with daily homework, thought provoking questions, and advice.
- Teach the founders how to edit through demonstrations in class and on the chat. Re-edit videos, show them how to create titles, captions, and optimize their videos.
- Analyze the participants and Friday 1:1 sessions with Kimberly, and use these notes to continue coaching and motivating the clients throughout the week.
- Use the classes former online lectures to create learning materials like slides, PDFs and Google sheets for people in the class - both individual and for the entire class, as needed.
- Offer creative advice and assist with tools like Canva to elevate participants’ social media designs.
- Share examples of your previous work on social media profiles to inspire and guide group members.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment, helping participants stay engaged and achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content creation strategies.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Creative abilities, especially with tools like Canva.
- Leadership experience and the ability to encourage and motivate a group.
- Experience in managing or growing social media accounts for others (examples required).
Work Hours and Compensation
- Hours: 10-12 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- Pay: $23-$25 per hour.
- Remote role
- 12 month contract
